Registration Fees

The early bird registration fee can be paid until March 20, 2024. All the presenting authors must register and pay the corresponding fees by May 1, 2024.

For a paper to be included in the proceedings of the conference, at least one registration fee must be paid for and assigned to that paper. Each registration fee can only be assigned to one paper/presentation.

  • Regular and Student registration fees include admission to all technical sessions, lunches during the conference, and admission to the conference reception, Tuesday social event, and the banquet.

  • The Accompanying Person registration fee includes admission to the conference reception, Tuesday social event, and the banquet.

  • Student Fees: Student rate attendees must upload in the registration page a letter from their Department Head/Chair stating that the attendee is a full time student. The online registration tool will only proceed after the upload of this document.

  • The registration fee will be refunded with a cancellation fee of $100 if a request is received in writing (e-mail) by May 15, 2024. After this date, NO refund will be made.
